Richmond Breweries Open For Independence Day

Looks like last nights impending storm gave way to a beautiful Independence Day.  Here is a quick rundown of Richmond breweries open today Friday July 4th.

Ardent Craft Ales — Noon

Ardent has pre-filled growlers ready for you to pick up and take to that cook out or party you forgot to grab something for.  They will be tapping a special pin today as well.

UPDATE: Ardent will tap a pin of IPA dry hopped with Mosaic and Galaxy hops at 5pm.

Center of the Universe — Noon

COTU has cans and growlers waiting for you to fill them.

Lickinghole Creek — Noon

They are only open until sunset but it should be a beautiful day to head out on the farm.

Midnight — Noon

Midnight will be open until 9pm for pints and growler fills. See what they have on tap here.

Strangeways — Noon

Try their new counter pressure filler and steal a vessel or grunt today. They have refill specials as well.

Isley Brewing — 2PM

It’s the Fourth of July already! Our full lineup includes all American favorite foods with Carytown Burgers & Fries and River City Wood Fire Pizza
We will also have a dessert truck thanks to de Rochonnet Delights Chocolatier. Our music will be provided by Rick Hollowell.
We’ve got three very special beer guests for you guys, including ‘Mimomo Milk Stout’, ‘Choosy Mother’, and ‘Tout le Reste Farmhouse Ale’!
AND the best patriotic outfit will win and Isley Brewing tshirt!

We open at 2pm!

Hardywood — 3PM

Hardywood has their yearly Brewdependence Day celebration with a good view to see fireworks after the Squirrels game at The Diamond. Look out for these treats:

  • “Float Beer” — retooled version of SB 604 session ale
  • Brian’s Barrel Blend #5 — Bourbon DIPA + barrel aged Sidekick porter
  • Potter’s Citra & Amarillo hopped cider
  • Bold Rock Virginia Draft cider

 

Triple Crossing — 3PM

Triple Crossing brings back their Falcon Smash IPA just in time for the holiday.
