Carne Asada Tamales with fresh crema and smoked poblano sauce with Dos XX Amber Ale
Baked smoked pork empanada , queso fresco, and cilantro sauce with Michelada (similar to a bloody mary) made with Pacifico
Marinated shrimp sopes (corn masa boat, grilled marinated shrimp) fennel salsa, roasted tomatillos with New Belgium Trippel
Black mole, braised chicken, yucca with Left Hand Fade to Black Chili Porter
