It seems like you can’t sneeze without finding a steal the glass night in this town. Personally, I’m enjoying seeing all these other places in town join in on what use to be only a Capital Ale House thing. Weezie’s Kitchen joins the fun tonight, May 2nd, featuring Old Dominion Brewing starting at 6pm. Weezie’s will have the following Old Dominion brews on hand for the evening:
Gigi’s Farmhouse Ale — bottle conditioned Belgian farmhouse ale with Bravo, Select, and Cascade hops.
Oak Barrel Stout — stout with peated and smoked malts dry hopped with oak chips and vanilla beans. This was the stout I selected to use in my first attempt at making a stout ice cream a few years back; it worked out really well.
Come on out and live the dream tonight. Remember the fun starts at 6pm.

Is this going to be a regular thing at Weezies?
Unknown. I’m sure it will depend on how the turn out was but I can’t imagine why not. There was a great turn out when Weezie’s had Goose Island before anyone else in town.
