I will be in Washington, DC the rest of the week enjoying as many of the events I can manage leading up to Savor. My first stop when I return to Richmond on Sunday June 10th will be Ginkgo’s Kimchi Tasting Dinner at Kitchen Thyme. Cassie Keene has lined up some of Richmond’s favorite local chefs to prepare a menu using 5 different types of kimchi.
