I will be busy helping judge the James River Homebrewers’ Dominion Cup this morning but I thought I’d give you a heads up on things happening this weekend.

Saturday August 17th

Hardywood Hop Harvest — 2pm

It’s RVA IPA time! Bring your hops to Hardywood to be a part of this year’s brew. No hops, no problem; plenty of help will be needed to pick hops from Hardywood’s bines.

Speaking of the Dominion Cup, last year’s Best of Show winner Brian Burgquist will tap his Coconut Robust Porter.
